2.1. Representative’s name and position: Renata Ochoa-Daderska and Luis Ochoa Siguencia from Instytut Badań i Innowacji w Edukacjie [INBIE], Yeliz Nur Akarçay (Saricam Halk Egitimi Merkezi) actively participated in the conference
2.2. Role in the event: Conference participant and Project ASL presentation in two formats: PowerPoint and Poster
2.3. Actions carried out: INBIE presented ASL project in two sessions:
SESSION I. Erasmus+ project management: Good practices taken from Project management of Adult self-learning: supporting learning autonomy in a technology-mediated environment – ASL Erasmus+ project Number: 2019-1-TR01-KA204-076875, were presented and discussed. SESSION II. Virtual poster presentation: The ASL poster presented the aims of ASL project to: 1. To teach learners to acquire new skills and competences using learning innovative practices and digital technologies; 2.To develop a functioning collaborative learning environment to help them identify skills gaps and needs and to collaborate locally and independently for joint capacity-building.
Saricam Halk Egitimi Merkezi presented in SESSION I. Erasmus+ project management a PowerPoint with a summary of the project implementation and concentrate in the ASL project needs: to adult To provide new competences learners using digital resources; in acquiring to stimulate/motivate adults competences that can improve their career and employability; To promote self-learning; their skills in using digital collaborative to empower people growingtechnologies; To integrate educational practices such as peer learning, online participatory learning, digital social learning, etc; to provide people with advice and guidance on how to learn using digital resources.
Objective, Consortium, target group, Intellectual Outputs to be implemented, and dissemination materials were also presented
3. VISIBILITY

4. RELEVANCE AND FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
In the virtual room [zoom] we had about 64 people working with Adult people in formal and non-formal education Institutions from different organizations from Ukraine, Poland, Turkey and other countries. All participants were interested in our presentations and ask questions about the possibility to be involved in such actions. To all participants to the conference a certificate of participation was issued. The participants that show interest in the project, will have access to all materials in ASL webpage.
