Adult Curriculum for Adult Learners’ aims at realizing a curriculum to train adult learners in an online environment on how to learn using the resources available on the internet. The curriculum will include that learners learn on how to find a job using the internet and how to improve their competences in the use of online application.
The ASL project mainly targeted adults, especially those with low-qualifications and skills. The primary target group consisted of people who need to improve their competences in order to continue to work. This class usually corresponds to people 50+ years old.
It will be designed according to ECVETT. Learning activities will be based on learning outcomes which refer to “knowledge”, “skills”, and “competences” in digital literacy. Following the ECVETT principles, for each learning outcome, partners will establish precise results that will be validated and evaluated. The curriculum foresees that participants apply their newfound knowledge designing their strategies to improve their competence in the use of digital applications. The curriculum provides learners with informal education techniques such as gamification, simulation, roleplaying, and cases study discussions. The intelligent learning environment (online platform) will be used to implement training activities (IO2 ).
