Summary of IO1: ‘An Operative Model for Teaching-learning Low-qualified Adults in an Online Environment aims at comparing the variety of online learning approaches for low-qualified and low-skilled adult learners in order to realize an operative model that will be applied for the project training activities.
Partners will prepare a SWOT analysis focusing on their direct experience in adult learning. The results of their SWOT analysis will be discussed and compared. As a result, partners will produce a shared operative model.
The model will identify:
1. Barriers and opportunities
2. Competencies for trainers
3. Digital technologies
4. Impacts for low-qualified and low-skilled adults
This IO is motivated by the need to build a share model and exploit the expertise and experience of partners.
The expected impact on the project will be twofold:
1. Partners will reach a common understanding and view about the multifarious aspects of adult education that will be strategic for the project development;
2. The results of this IO will be of interest of the project stakeholders (governmental authorities, social services institutions, social entrepreneurs, NGOs) as well as of international stakeholders (educational institution, international organizations engaged in adult learning).
