ASL Project Multiplier Event in Poland

The Multiplier Event took place on May 24, 2022. It was organized by Instytut Badan i Innowacj w Edukacji in Czestochowa – Poland and the strategic partner Radomska Szkoła Wyższa in Radom.

The multiplier event was attended by 31 participants, representing all targeted stakeholder [adult organizations, teaching staff, stakeholders and policymakers]. The event was addressed to carefully selected and targeted stakeholders to bring together adults (50+), experts, professionals and trainers to better promote the project and ensuring their participation in the sustainability of the project.

Dissemination was mainly undertaken online. A special invitation  was drafted by INBIE and SHEM and communicated via social media and via personalized e-mails to more than 40 specifically selected stakeholders. The project was also promoted specially using printed leaflets, webpage of the project and social media.

The invitation was published on the website: http://asl.inbie.pl/inbie-files/invitation-asl.pdf . The link was sent to the stakeholders and general public.
Feedback by all participants, with no exception, was enthusiastic and useful for the project and the application of the sustainability project plan developed by the coordinator in collaboration with project partners.

 

The significant results that the ASL project and partners have already produced, were promoted to targeted, related stakeholders in a very productive way. The main benefit of the event was that ASL’s Project Output (Recommendation and Handbook) was welcomed as added value tools and all the participants declared their willingness to follow up the next steps of partners’ actions. Each participant expressed the willingness to reinforce awareness-raising on the ASL project and available results, on the topic of up skilling adults over 50 as well as the importance of undertake and/or support initiatives promoting educational synergies.

The Multiplier Event implemented by INBIE in Poland aimed to attract policy-makers and representatives of adult educators, mentors, in view of involving other areas of activity and multiplying project impact and synergies, building the basis of its sustainability.
