Output Title: Joint curriculum for adult learners

This IO concern the design, implementation, running and reporting of a joint adult learners’ curriculum on how to learn using the resources available on the internet. To achieve our education goal, we adopt the “pattern-based learning” model. Our joint curriculum includes that learners learn on how to find a job using the internet and how to improve their competence in the use of online application.

Our joint curriculum will be designed according to ECVETT. Learning activities are based on learning outcomes which refer to “knowledge”, “skills”, and “competences” in digital literacy. Following the ECVETT principles, for each learning outcome, partners will establish precise results that will be validated and evaluated. Our joint curriculum foresees that participants apply their newfound knowledge designing their strategies to improve their competence in the use of digital applications.

The curriculum provides learners with informal education techniques such as gamification, simulation, roleplaying, and cases study discussions. Training activities are carried out using the intelligent learning environment.

Our learning model follows:

  1. Experiential learning and 4.0 learning (using the intelligent learning environment);
  2. Opportunity of immediate applicability of knowledge acquired, e.g., to find a job, to improve the digital competence;
  3. Training participants on contextualized problem-solving.
